1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using www.dsab.in (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years of age and a resident of India (or a verified international student) to register. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at info@dsab.in immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Internship Programs
Internships listed on the Platform are subject to HR review and final admin approval. We do not guarantee placement. Offer letters issued by Digital Skill Academy of Bharat are valid only if the verification code matches the record on our system at /verify/{code}.
5. Courses, Certificates & IP
All learning content, course videos, written materials, certificate designs, the DSAB logo, and the "Digital Skill Academy of Bharat" name are the intellectual property of DSAB and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission.
6. Stipends & Payments
Stipends, if applicable, are paid at the sole discretion of DSAB based on performance, attendance, and task completion. Any payments collected for premium courses are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
7. Conduct
You agree not to upload offensive content, impersonate others, scrape data, abuse the platform, or use it for unlawful activity. We reserve the right to revoke certificates, expel interns, and pursue legal remedies for violations.
8. Referral Program
Referral points are awarded only for genuine, self-completed sign-ups by new users. Fraudulent or self-referrals will be reversed. Points have no cash value and may be redeemed only against benefits offered on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
DSAB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.
